We’re hiring an Affiliate Manager to lead partnership growth across India’s iGaming ecosystem. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Build the pipeline: Identify, evaluate, and recruit new affiliate partners (operators, sub-affiliates, media owners, creators) aligned to Indian player needs.
- Negotiate smart deals: Structure CPA/RevShare/Hybrid agreements with clear KPIs, tiered incentives, and compliance clauses.
- Launch & optimize: Brief creatives, set tracking links, QA tagging, and coordinate landing pages; iterate for CTR/CR/LTV uplift.
- Own performance: Monitor daily metrics (clicks, FTDs, NDCs, ARPU, churn), diagnose anomalies, and run experiments to improve yield.
- Strengthen relationships: Run regular business reviews, share insights, and co-create seasonal promos and localized offers.
- Safeguard compliance: Ensure brand, responsible gaming, and geo/promo rules are followed across all placements.
- Scale what works: Build playbooks for high-performing partner types; develop referral and sub-affiliate strategies.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
- 2–4 years in affiliate/partner management, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or performance marketing.
- Proven negotiation and account growth skills; comfort managing multi-partner portfolios.
- Fluency with tracking and analytics (UTMs, Postbacks, GA4, affiliate platforms, Excel/Sheets).
- Data-driven mindset—translating metrics into clear actions and revenue impact.
- Strong communication and relationship-building; capable of clear briefs and fair negotiations.
- Domain awareness of India-specific player behavior, payments, and regulatory sensitivity in the online gambling industry.
Success Metrics
- Revenue & efficiency: Growth in FTDs/NDCs, net revenue, and improved CPA/LTV ratios.
- Coverage & quality: Increase in high-value partners, reduced inactive placements, stronger promo calendar adherence.
